On request, we offer a table d'Hôtes service.
Jean-François will prepare for you dishes from the regional gastronomy, but will also propose you to discover recipes inspired by our many travels. Before your arrival and if you wish to dine with us, Jean-François will contact you to find out your culinary tastes.
The service is composed of :
- a home-made aperitif to accompany a "Blanquette de Limoux" or a "Floc de Gascogne".
- a meal including starter, main course, dessert, wine and coffee.
The price is 30€ per person. This rate can be revised according to your wishes (supplement for certain dishes: cassoulet, foie gras...).
