- AOC Cabardès.

- AOC la Clape.

- AOC Corbières.

- AOC Fitou.

- AOC Limoux whose famous "Blanquette" is issued.

- Malepère AOC.

- AOC Minervois.

At the turn of your papillary trip, you can also taste the wines of the country, sweet wines (Muscat de Rivesaltes or Saint-Jean de Minervois) and Cartagena.
