Rate Tables d'Hôtes : (evening meal only, on request 48h00 minimum in advance)
- Table d'Hôtes: Aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, wine, coffee: 35€
- Table d'Hôtes Etape: Starter, main course, dessert, wine, coffee: 30€

Price of additional services:
- "Shuttle and Accessibility" Service : 10€/ per trip and per person (Carcassonne train station or airport)
- "Laundry" service : 7€ (base with a weight of 5 kg of linen).

Terms of cancelation:
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking (remote payment by credit card).
- Your reservation can be changed or canceled free of charge, up to 5:00 p.m., at the latest, 5 days prior to your arrival. Within 5 days of your arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of your deposit will be retained.​
- In case of cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible.
