On reservation, at least seven days before your arrival, we offer a visit with tasting, to the family winery of “Clos Teisseire” at 3km only from our Guest House.

Young talented and passionate winegrower, Laetitia will introduce you to her Domaine where, from the vine to the wine(*), all the stages of the development of her wines are carried out with respect for nature and the product.

From the vines, Laetitia will tell you about the different grape varieties that make them up, but you will also enjoy an exceptional view of the Aude valley and the Pyrenees.

Back at the Caveau, you will taste (in moderation of course) the magnificent creations of Laetitia. Its wines(*), made with love and passion, will tell you the story of this Domaine and the work of successive generations of winegrowers.
